Rex Graham was born in Hastings, attending Mahora Primary School, Heretaunga Intermediate and Hastings Boys High. He is a company director who has been involved in the horticulture industry in NZ, Australia and China for over 30 years.
Rex is married with six children, two of whom are at primary school in Havelock North. He is a Director of several private companies involved in horticulture, intellectual property and business innovation, a Trustee of the HB Regional Sports Park, Chairman of the U-Turn Charitable Trust and a Trustee of Te Aranga Marae.
Rex is current chair of Hawke’s Bay Regional Council, where he champions both economic growth for the region, and the preservation of our unique environment for future generations.
